Beef
We offer bundled and customized packages for your freezer beef needs
One Quarter (1/4) Beef
$1100 flat rate
This flat rate amount for 1/4 of Beef includes steaks, ground beef, roasts, processing fees and packaging. You will receive roughly 100lbs of total beef, however, please keep in mind depending on the size of the animal it could be more or less.
- Recommended for families with 1-2 adults and a kid or two
- Will take up most of a small chest freezer or 50% of small upright freezer
- There is a $200 non-refundable deposit required to reserve your 1/4 beef
One Half (1/2) Beef
$4.25/lb Hanging Weight
Price is $4.25/lb hanging weight paid to Deschepper Farms LLC. Processing is NOT included with this rate, customer is responsible for paying the processor directly. On average a 1/2 of Beef hanging weight is between 300lbs-475lbs.
- Recommended for large families with 2 adults and hungry kids
- Will take up to 50% of a large upright freezer
- Custom cut to your family needs.
- There is a $400 deposit required to reserve your 1/2 beef.
Whole (1) Beef
$4.25/lb Hanging Weight
Price is $4.25/lb hanging weight paid to Deschepper Farms LLC. Processing is NOT included with this rate, customer is responsible for paying the processor directly. On average a whole Beef hanging weight is between 700lbs-900lbs.
- Recommended for large families with 2 adults and hungry kids and maybe an uncle who stops by every once and awhile
- Will take up an entire upright freezer.
- Custom cut to your family needs.
- There is an $800 deposit required to reserve your whole beef.
Pork
We offer Half and Whole options for your families freezer pork needs. All our pigs are raised locally.
Half (1/2) Pork
$2.50/lb Hanging Weight
Price is $2.50/lb hanging weight paid to Deschepper Farms LLC. Processing is NOT included with this rate, customer is responsible for paying the processor directly. On average a 1/2 of pork hanging weight is between 60-90lbs.
- Recommended for large families with 2 adults and hungry kids
- Will take up to 50% of a large upright freezer
- Custom cut to your family needs.
- There is a $100 deposit required to reserve your 1/2 pork.
Whole (1) Pork
$2.50/lb Hanging Weight
Price is $2.50/lb hanging weight paid to Deschepper Farms LLC. Processing is NOT included with this rate, customer is responsible for paying the processor directly. On average a 1/2 of pork hanging weight is between 120-180lbs.
- Recommended for large families with 2 adults and hungry kids and maybe an uncle who swings in for breakfast every once and awhile
- Will take up to 50% of a large upright freezer
- Custom cut to your family needs.
- There is a $150 deposit required to reserve your whole pork.
**Meat from a typical half hog will consist of approximately (depending on size of hog): • 12-14 lbs. of pork chops • 1-2 packages of spare ribs or 3 lbs. total • 3 shoulder roasts or steaks (12 lbs. total) • 2 hocks • 6-10 lbs. ground pork and/or sausage • 1 ham end and slices (15-18 lbs. total) • 8-10 lbs. bacon
